OUR RETURN POLICY
Should you for any reason want to return or replace your ordered item, you have the right to return the unworn product within 14 days after receiving it.
We unfortunately can't cover the cost of shipping your return item, however, we will cover the costs of shipping an exchange item to you.

If your refund has been approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We will replace any items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at email@example.com and we will provide you with all information needed to process your return or exchange.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided in the mail correspondence.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Carrier for Returns
You can select the carrier of your choice, but we recommend depending on your location FedEx or DHL.
In any case we kindly ask you to send us the tracking number and pre-alert of your return.
