Our Return Policy

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unworn.

• We do not cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges. The location-based shipping prices listed above will apply.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email returns@viron-world.com with the following information:

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Request for exchange or refund
• If exchanging, specify the new item and size

Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions for processing your return.

Please note: You are responsible for the product from the moment of receipt until we receive it in our warehouse. Make sure to send it with a proof of sending and ensure secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

• After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.

Defective or Damaged Items

• We will replace any items that are defective or damaged at no additional cost.
• Please contact service@viron-world.com for assistance with defective or damaged items.

Final Sale Policy

• All items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• These items cannot be refunded or modified once purchased.
