Free shipping for non-discounted items above €150
Standard: 3-5 business days
Express: 1-3 business days: €15
Delivery cost for orders below €150: €15

UK

Delivery cost €20
Standard: 3-5 business days

Switzerland / Norway

Standard/Express: 3-5 business days

Our Return Policy

Should you, for any reason, wish to return or replace your ordered item, you have the right to return the unworn product within 14 days of receiving it.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges. The location-based shipping prices listed above will apply.

For all returns, please send an email to returns@viron-world.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Request for exchange or refund
  • Exchange item (specify item and size)

We will respond promptly with information needed to process your return or exchange. Please note that you are responsible for the product from receipt until it is shipped back to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to confirm receipt. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Defective or Damaged Items

We will replace any items that are defective or damaged. Please contact us at service@viron-world.com for assistance with your return or exchange.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be emailed to you once the item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the giver, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified about your return.

Please note that you are responsible for the product from receipt until it is shipped back to us. Make sure to package the product securely to avoid any damage during transit.

For exchanges, please specify the new item and size you wish to receive in your email. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
