Our products are shipped from Portugal.
Europe
- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days – €15-25
- Free Exchange Shipping
- All additional charges, such as VAT and duties, are included in the final price.
United Kingdom
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days – £30
- All additional charges, such as VAT and duties, are included in the final price.
United States
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days – $25
- All additional charges, such as VAT and duties, are included in the final price.
Switzerland / Norway
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days – €25
- Zero duties; VAT is to be paid additionally.
Worldwide (Global Shipping)
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days – €30
- All prices exclude VAT and duties.
Our Return Policy
If you wish to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unworn.
- We do not cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges. The location-based shipping prices listed above will apply.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email returns@viron-world.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Request for exchange or refund
- If exchanging, specify the new item and size
Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions for processing your return.
Please note: You are responsible for the product from the moment of receipt until we receive it in our warehouse. Make sure to send it with a proof of sending and ensure secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Defective or Damaged Items
- We will replace any items that are defective or damaged at no additional cost.
- Please contact service@viron-world.com for assistance with defective or damaged items.
Final Sale Policy
- All items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- These items cannot be refunded or modified once purchased.
- Please review your order carefully before checkout.
