EUROPE / UNITED STATES — FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS ABOVE €150
Standard: 3-5 business days
Express: 1-3 business days: €15
Delivery cost for orders below €150: €15

UK — DELIVERY COST €20
Standard: 3-5 business days

SWITZERLAND / NORWAY — DELIVERY COST €20
Standard: 3-5 business days
Zero duties, VAT is to be paid for additionally.


WORLDWIDE — DELIVERY COST €30
Standard/Express: 3-5 business days
All prices exclude VAT and duties. 


OUR RETURN POLICY

Should you for any reason want to return or replace your ordered item, you have the right to return the unworn product within 14 days after receiving it.
We unfortunately can't cover the cost of shipping your return item and/or exchanges. The above listed location-based shipping prices will be applied and charged.

For all returns, please send an email to returns@viron-world.com with the following information:

  • Order number 
  • Reason of return
  • Return for (exchange or refund) 
  • Exchange item (which item in which size) 

We will get back to you as soon as possible and provide you with all information needed to process your return or exchange.

Please be aware that you are responsible for the product from the moment you receive it to the moment you ship it back to us. 


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund has been approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We will replace any items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at returns@viron-world.com and we will provide you with all information needed to process your return or exchange.
 

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.
